DRN Twin Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of DRN Twin (the "Service") provided by DRN GRUP GIDA SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("DRN Grup", "we"). By creating an account or authorizing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

The Service reads data from your Amazon selling account through Amazon's Selling Partner API, with your authorization, and provides reports, rule-based alerts and historical analysis.

3. Your account and authorization

• You must be authorized to act for the Amazon selling account you connect and must follow Amazon's policies that apply to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• You may revoke the Service's access at any time in the Service or in your Amazon seller account.

4. Relationship with Amazon

The Service depends on Amazon's Selling Partner API. Amazon may change, limit or discontinue that API, which may affect the Service. DRN Twin is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon.

5. Information, not advice

Reports and alerts are based on data available from Amazon at the time shown and may be incomplete or delayed. They are not financial, legal or business advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your business.

6. Fees

Free during early access. Pricing will be announced before any charges begin. We will announce any change to fees at least 30 days before it takes effect.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account, try to access another user's data, resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a data product, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it in violation of Amazon's policies or the law.

8. Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You allow us to process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not combine your data with other sellers' data or share it with other users or our affiliated companies. After you disconnect or close your account, we delete your Amazon Information, including backups, within 30 days.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service and its software and content (excluding your data) belong to DRN Grup. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business while these Terms apply.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to features.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if Amazon or the law requires it, or to protect the security of the Service or other users.

12. Disclaimer

Except as required by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DRN Grup is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to DRN Grup in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Governing law

Disputes are subject to the courts of Ankara, Turkey; Turkish law applies.
